Refund policy

 

Peach is a small business and each order is packed with a lot of love and care. 

If you’d like to start a return or exchange, or if you have any hiccups with your order, email us at hello@peachsurfco.com with your order number.

  • Returns + Exchanges: accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Refunds: you'll cover return shipping. A $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Exchanges: you'll  cover return shipping + shipping costs to send the new item out
  • Damaged or faulty items: email us within 7 days of your delivery with your order number and photos and we'll make it right. We'll cover the shipping costs.
